We put the Easy Entry Pony Cart together we got the upgraded hard rubber wheels.. it is as described. We are very happy with our purchase. Seems well built some of the bolts stripped easily but they are only bolts and we can grab some others. The company has fast shipping and is very friendly to help you through any questions. We haven't hooked it up for is maiden voyage yet however will update after we have the cance to use it.
