Adequately packaged and received promptly. Obviously new. However, the item is described as having "the extra protection of a special inner lining." The sleeves I received are heavy paper but have no inner lining. Thus, 3 stars for item description. I'm going on faith that the sleeves will protect credit cards as they were advertised to do. I bought a large supply to give as stocking gifts next holiday. Am a bit nervous about encouraging my family to depend on the unlined sleeves.
