Thrilled. Item came securely packaged. Neo2 beautifully refurbished & looks, & behaves, like brand new. Syncing data between Neo2 and Mac works perfectly, buyer can find online manual, YouTube video for guidance. Keys and function keys all work well. Neo recognizes & sends data to my printer but printer won’t accept it. Online research shows not device’s fault, as only a few older printers work with Neo2. One can send data to computer and edit/print from there. I’m completely satisfied .

I had one of the original Neos back in about 2010 or so and while I loved it, I didn't get much use out of it and ended up donating it. I decided to treat myself to a Neo 2 because I think it's finally exactly what I'm looking for, and I'm so pleased with this purchase! It came SUPER quickly, which is always appreciated, and it was packaged with such care and security. Works like a dream, and apart from a few (expected) scuffs, it's in wonderful condition.
