The seller claims in their eBay ad (and still does as I write this) that the key suits a 2006 E64 - WHICH IT DOES NOT! This unit is useless as these key fobs changed in the MY06 models. But I had to pay for return postage even though the seller wrote an eBay ad that was false - it was all my fault for buying it. Hence the negative feedback and warning to other buyers!

Hi Bradley, We advertised this key for E64 2006 model because as you mentioned there is a crossover in this period, meaning a new key is introduced mid year.
Our ad specified in BOLD to message us if you key looks different to the picture before you buy. We have many happy customer where they purchased the wrong key for any reasons, we work with the buyer to send them the correct key.

Karen, we did not advertise Genuine in title or description, you paid $90, no VIN, no REGO but expect to receive a precoded key from Germany that cost $1200. We were not given a chance to response, all our keys works and we back this with 30 days no question asked full refund including postage to and from. We feel ripped off when not given a chance to response, $0 outlay for you but we pay the cost plus damaging reputation.
