Unusual little book.
Interesting book. Once begun it's difficult to put it down, so probably as well that it is so short. The book reminded me of 'Lord of the Flies' in the way the tension mounts throughout the book, as the portrayal of the psychopathic father builds and others are sucked into his vision. The childlike, almost innocent, style of the writing adds to atmosphere of this unusual little book. Worth reading and would probably make excellent subject matter for a book club, as it will certainly inspire debate.Interesting book.
