I love the looks of this, and it looks SO good on my horse, but the leather of the chin strap is complete garbage and the design actually has the edge of the hack rubbing on the chin strap so within ONE RIDE the strap was cut halfway through. I was hesitant to leave feedback as well since the company harassed me several times (4-5x) for feedback. Very pushy and not professional
