What a beautiful board, so detailed excellent design, will last a long time, engraved beautifully by lazer, in my opinion the best I’ve seen , I looked though so many other sellers but this one caught my eye, excellent seller to deal with great communication,, fast post, knows his stuff, I couldn’t say enough good things about this seller would recommend highly, thank you so much I will have years of use, I will take good care of it. Well what can I say about this gentleman, I asked him to make a plaque for us. So we can attach it to the planter outside where our cat Tigger is laid to rest. And he's outdone what we expected. I've asked him to make something else for me, and we are looking forward to his reply and won't go anywhere else. This is the second time I've had work done from him and he's never failed.

I'm very sorry you felt this way. I offered a refund and did try to reach out to you. In my defence I had 4 variations; 2 for Ava (32 and 31 pouches), 1 for Iams, and 1 for Hill Science. The description also listed what you was getting per brand and cost per box. In your case you got 17 pouches of Hills Science for £14.99 whereas pets at home charged at the time £15.09 for 12 pouches. Therefore this was not a marketing scam or more expensive than pets at home as you suggested in your message
