    Umbrella arrived but bad packaging had allowed the last 6 inches of the umbrella tip to be bent over and totally unusable. I will not be ordering again from this seller, even though it may ultimately be the carriers fault.

    This could have been resolved straight away had buyer contacted us on receipt instead of waiting 3 weeks, which meant it was too late for us to claim from the courier. We are exceptionally careful with our packaging so this must have happened in transit due to some very extreme mishandling. Why buyer didn't contact us to enable us to easily resolve this matter immediately, remains a mystery.
