Took 2.5 weeks to even send the item after purchase, and then only when I chased up the purchase to see where it was as it was posted locally. Great product, awful after sales service, communication and processes. Item arrived with a cracked lid so had lost some of its content but this was most likely the couriers handling. Overall a very poor experience, would not recommend and will go elsewhere in the future
