  • Feast without your body paying the price!

    Love this, once you have all the ingredients, the recipes are easy to follow and they work and taste as good as they look! I loved the fact they did a UK version and included info on where to find the ingredients - makes a massive difference - because otherwise you are just guessing the alternative. My only issue is that the recipes rely heavily on agave syrup, which is not getting good press at the moment, and could be damaging for health. I am substituting it for honey, yacon syrup and maple with no real issues...... Would buy again. Lovely, lovely book!
