    Is it really 13 years ago????

    I first bought this album in the mid 90's on cassette tape (remember those?) I played it so much, it eventually wore out. Then a few weeks ago I was browsing 'EBay' and found it on CD! I bid for it and 2 days later I was merrily singing to it in the car! and guess what? my kids HATE it - YES!!! - getting my own back at last!

    Slightly soppy album but worth a million listens

    I only know this band from a) the cheesy song used in old TV ads - Perfect - and b) a recommendation by an audiophile. The sound is great, as are most of the songs. It's quite a cheesy, romantic album but excellent and has a pleasant fairground theme through the lyrics and instruments, as hinted at in the title! Excellent vocals.

    Classic Album

    Had this on Tape when it first came out, somebody decided to borrow it and i never saw it again. So it's now on CD. This has got to be one of those albums that is classic as all the tracks are amazing. Eddi reader has a fabulous voice. As good today has it was then. Wow, 15 years go's fast.
