    Whilst I appreciate this is a second hand book, it had been described as being in good condition (or 'very good'). Unfortunately, it arrived sealed in a plastic bag, and in quite a battered state. See attached photographs. The plastic bag covering did nothing to save it from the way parcels and postage are treated during the delivery process. Sadly, I can not give this book to my son as a gift, which had been my intention. So, feeling very disappointed.

    Before the coffee gets cold is sublime

    The author draws you in , then gives an interesting back story of each character, which supports the reason for wanting to time hop. Beautifully written - I devoured it in an afternoon and evening- I could not put it down - housework and food had to wait until I had finished it and then I felt sad I had finished it because it was soooo great

    Content is interesting. Book not the promised ‘very good’ condition because it has coffee stains and pages with corners folded back.
