The transaction was spoiled by a late delivery and inadequate packing protection to keep it protected when thrown about during sorting and delivery – the envelope fell onto the floor when pushed through the letter box. This fall has enough force to bend the two smallest drill bits. The method of packing needs improving urgently to protect future buyers.
