Kit was exactly as described with vintage and new parts. I made a few changes to personalized the kit for my needs. Kit worked first time after completion.
I feel this kit is more for someone experienced in electronics and kits. Although this is based on a Heathkit from the 1960’s it is not in the form where the sophisticated part is premade and labeled like the kit. That said, I learned a lot from this kit and I would build another for the grandkids to experience a crystal radio.
