Head unit arrived quickly. I had some problems with the Bluetooth sound output and had some queries about other functionality. The seller responded and provided a full refund which was unexpected. Head unit works well, although the software has lots of annoying bugs, it freezes once per week, and the Bluetooth sound is not as loud as it should be. Overall, not too bad for the price compared to others that sell for $400 onwards. Great Customer Experience from seller. Highly recommended. A+++++++
