seller communication very poor in reference to the dead scooter he sold me and its spare battery I bought for it as separate purchase. eBay has still left him to charge me for it even though it actually never arrived so I could not return it !!!.
Note this vendor makes you pay for returns and so the faulty scooter left me out of pocket $100 just to get it back to him.
