Not sure if it is 4hp? Instructions state 2 hp and it doesn’t go as well as my 4 stroke 4hp but it still goes ok. Little noisy but that’s to be expected as it’s air cooled. It’s very very light which is why I brought it. For the price you can’t go wrong. Only used it once so far. Time will tell but for the money it’s hard to beat

Easy to assemble and use. But it’s too noisy when it’s working. Design of the exit point of exhaust looks like unreasonable. It’s too close to the plastic engine cover and high temperature melted the cover while first using.
