Pump worked for a week then stopped working. Have done all the sellers trouble shooting. They are rude, accused me of being stupid, saying things like is it plugged in? Ect, Nothing is rectifying the issue that the pump is faulty. Seller refuses to replace or refund. Just to send item back at my expense so they can 'look' with no resolution. Don't trust this seller at all, had a $30 pump that lasted well over 3 years, this piece of junk operated for a week, it was a huge waste of money.

The buyer reported a problem with the pump. We tried to solve the problem before sending it back. The buyer has been advised that the pump need to be sent back for checking then we will replace it if it is faulty.

Communication was very good and whilst the colour was a little different to what we expected, this can always happen when looking at an image online as opposed to standing in front of it.
