Only reports 250 rpm on my Harley Davidson twin cam single fire coil when connected to 1 negative pole . While induction tach reported 1500 plus rpm. Tried to connect two negative poles but this cut ignition. So it's probably for a 4 or 6 cylinder car. Thankyou
