Well, the listing says custom shoes. I come to believe that that means custom design and styling and not custom fit. The quality of the shoe is acceptable. The comfort, just from trying them on, is exceptional. I sent my measurements thinking that I would get a custom fit. The shoes are three inches too long and the black edging on the sole is on the white upper. Because of the fit and the damaged upper, the shoes are not wearable. I have communicated with the seller regarding this.
