    Seller unable to take complaint and negotiate. I view her attitude towards me vindictive, passive aggressive and severly short of people's skills. Her items are of high quolity, but she got angry with me and banned me when I complained that the strand in question was short of 3 beads. Didn't reply when I suggested she could measure the strands. I agreed with her counting was impractical. She sent me a refund before I started return and I had to pay for the postage. Brrrrr!
