I would be very careful with your measurements especially the side pieces as they do sit differently on all three of my dogs. For those who are like me and prefer using their brains to measure. Staffy (younger) - L - fits well, minus the boof on the head does make it sit odd at times. German Shepherd (younger) - would size up (bought an L) German Shepherd (Adult) - bought an L a size up wouldn’t hurt. In saying that, they fit well enough, no rubs.
