Horrible seller. Intentionally makes it difficult for buyers to return. Shipped from California but asked buyers to return it to a Chinese address in China. Refused to refund after receiving the returned item in their CA Dept, paid by the buyer. The hairs are hard, coarse & uncomfortable; nothing looks like the pictures, nothing looks natural, making your skin very itchy. Found some fallen hairs in the bag upon receipt of the package as they don’t attach well. The wig does not fit either.
