Seller must use AL for their customer service because a lot of the customer service responses were inappropriate and it was like they weren't listening. I received a faulty scooter and then it went from bad to worse. It was over 40 messages later and a lot of miscommunication. I sent them a return request they sent me a fed ex label with no tracking number. Finally got a part which they never let me know they sent. Can't share all here .
