By far this has been the worst experience that I have ever had on ebay! seller is very rude and unprofessional in messages, seller accused me of damaging the item when I had problems with it not functioning correctly. Then I returned the item to the seller and they then accused me of sending them back a different item! Very difficult to get a refund as they take no responsibility for the products they sell. I would not recommend this seller.

Its quite simple, buyer claimed item was defective due to warping on the side. We told buyer its been incorrectly installed. They denied incorrectly installed, sent the item back. Upon inspection, item had NO warping and was perfectly straight, so either buyer incorrectly fitted it or sent back other item.
