I bought a commercial meat slicer this incompetent company sent me a submersible bore pump then decided to refund me now I have to wait 3 to 5 days for my money to be put back in to the bank account thats a huge inconvenience & I'm so disappointed in the incompetence of this company

1 mistake and we're incompetent? Sorry. You opened a return request which does not allow for exchanges, only refunds. So we have refunded you without receiving the product back. This is standard practice for retail and allows you to repurchase.
