Knowing this and accepting the fact that I may be opening a case for undelivered packages, I placed an order of 10 CDs. Sure enough, 2 weeks later I had to open a case as the package still was not at the post office. But once the case was opened, the package was shipped and received quickly, so I decided to leave positive feedback.

The seller assured me they would correct this & send out a replacement. The updated CD arrived with the corrected song. This 2nd CD is exactly what I expected it to be, exceptional quality and appearance on all levels. This seller did what was necessary to stand by their statement of 100% customer satisfaction! I would buy from them again!
