The item was exactly as described and what I wanted. I accidentally double ordered, but that's my fault. Most IMPRESSIVE is that the shipping is fast and I HAVE NEVER SEEN ITEMS PACKAGED SO BEAUTIFULLY!!! Seriously, this is a class act!!! I would definitely order from Bag Lady in the future.
