    Item arrived in packaging that had been resealed with sticky tape. The green knob cracked off with the first turn. The valves leaked gas from the bottom of the tap. I emailed seller and he blamed user error for the problems? I wouldn’t buy another thing from this fella. Expensive piece of rubbish!

    The packet left here sealed up no sticky tape so might suggest it could have been damaged or interfered with . The conversation went that any claims that I have had which is very few proved to be user error but he was welcome to send it back for inspection and if it was faulty would be replaced . The leakage on the bottom of the tap is 99% the tap not fitted tightly or damaged can top . How the tap can fail all together is pretty close to impossible . I asked for Pictures which Ebay require but
