As you asked for a partial refund for for your inconvenience we thought that it was something you were able to correct. You sent the photograph today and we asked you if you could knot it together, which you said no As you were unable to do this we asked you to return it for either a replacement or refund. We would not offer a partial refund without seeing the photographs
