The parcel actually arrived one week earlier. The issue with the bridges is a minor one, it is sometimes common for one or two bridges to become displaced during long-distance shipping; they simply need to be set back in place. The hard case provided was exactly as advertised, and the buyer requested an extra hard case, threatening to leave negative feedback if their demand was not met.
