Received a refund,item was packed so hard , impossible to get the wrinkles out the lining.Also had leather gaps in between the fur on the sleeves.Needed to be washed but that would of ruined it.Smelt so bad.Not as described.Sorry

DearThis is a fur jacket with a patchwork design style,The joint is made of PU material (so there are gaps), and the image also has gaps.Regarding your statement that the lining may wrinkle (because the jacket is in a vacuum state when shipped to the warehouse, opening the package may cause the jacket to wrinkle),You can try using our warm tips and tricks:You can use a hair dryer to blow the fur (It will soon return to its original state)If you have any dissatisfaction, please contact us.

I’ve bought 5 of these coats off you , they are nothing like the picture, wrapped so tight it’s impossible to get any creases out , they stink as well I want a refund and if you want these back send me a pre paid addressed parcel big enough to put all 5 in , it’s ridiculous what you do to these coats , there’s no need for them to be screwed up and ruined 😡
