    I have neck arthritis that causes chronic discomfort when I'm not lying down, and this collar makes it more comfortable. The velcro strap fits a wide range of neck sizes. I can still rotate my head, breathe, eat, and drink easily while wearing it. Yet it does seem to give my vertebrae more space---I noticed the difference as soon as I put it on. Seems durable enough. Great value in a useful product!
