terrible! they didn’t sent my package and nearly a month went by I ended up filing a report and getting my money back through eBay money back guarantee because my package never arrived and it’s so called tracking for auspost apparently got skipped or missed (okay like that ever happens) This seller is absolutely terrible to not ever buy anything from them. Do yourself a favour and avoid this one completely it’s more trouble than it’s worth that’s for sure! hoping people read before buying here!

We had explained that the delay was due to an unexpected trip out of the country due to death of 2 family members and we were unable to close the store from overseas. We had sent 4 packets instead of 2 and apologised for the delay. Initially you accepted the apology but when Auspost had delayed which was out of our control, you gotten annoyed and demanded for a refund which Ebay had provided. Therefore we did not follow up with the case as the amount was refunded in full.
