    Going through it

    This is a workbook. I thought it was a regular book but it makes you answer questions and write down response ALOT. A little too much writing for me, but so far everything I've written has really helped me so I guess Iyanla knows what she is doing :). It's liek going to school, you dread parts but in the end it was necessary and fun along the way.
