I was sent a 9010e not the 9010 that I purchased. Long story short it caused problems with the installation process connecting the printer to the computer. In the finish after trying online with a technician to no avail I then had to get my own local technician come and do the installation set up for me. This cost me extra $$$$$$. Not good!!!!!!
