The disc you sent does not work it won’t load up. I’ve been trying for over two hours to get it to function. There’s nothing wrong with my computer and my windows is completely updated. Needless to say I will never purchase anything from your site again as far as I’m concerned, it’s a scam job I should’ve known there was something going on with it when there was absolutely no instructions whatsoever with the box inside or out. This is the problem now that is coming about with people on eBay

Seller took FOREVER to ship and once they finally adding tracking number, it took another FOREVER for an induction scan. ALSO, this seller does not package things well or carefully at all. They just folded up some old cardboard and “made” a box with some clear tape wrapped around it and left openings for water to get in. Thank goodness it wasn’t raining…beware of this seller if you expect excellent customer service. They do NOT answer messages.
