Produktinformation

Die Western Digital Caviar Blue ist eine, für den internen Gebrauch in Desktopcomputern vorgesehene, Festplatte im 3,5 Zoll-Format und kann im Gehäuse verschraubt werden. Für die Verbindung mit dem Rechner wird die IDE-Schnittstelle verwendet und das Speichervolumen der Caviar Blue beträgt 250 GB. Die HDD-Festplatte schreibt Daten im Longitudinal Magnetic Recording Verfahren mit einer Geschwindigkeit von bis zu 7200 RPM, wobei 2 MB Cache als Zwischenspeicher zur Verfügung stehen.
