Item did have a few dents, I assumed the damage would be only cosmetic as I assumed it it affected the use of the product this would be stated. The product was so dented the letter box didn't open and close properly so if anyone tries to post a letter it won't close after. A bit let down but it works for parcel bits so not worth the hassle of sending back, would cost too much in return postage. Little disappointed but does work well enough.

Was not impressed by the DPD delivery driver who did not knock or ring the doorbell (despite us being at home) - we ended up having to make two trips up to the local parcel delivery store.
Have not opened the actual plastic packaging but having bought these pillows before believe them to be good.
The seller dispatched the items promptly just frustrated with the poor service of the DPD delivery driver - think this may be a common pattern as when speaking to the store staff they laughed & smiled
