Item came broken. A watch with broken wristband. See pictures. I asked seller to send me another watch, since it’s watch with wristband combo, but he said he would only send me a wristband, as if I had the tools to change it. Then asked for refund. they took a very long time to press the refund button.. they send me an email to accept 1/2 of the amount. Again, not a word about sending me a good watch. Constantly asking for my full refund. They are not good sellers and no quality control.
