There was a misunderstanding at the very start due to ebay itself, they acted quickly and very generously upgraded the tablet at no cost, but the postal packaging was bad, in a too big box that came beaten at the corners with a few big bubbles that deflated in transit but, it came as quickly as promised after the chat & the upgrade was very generous. MOST IMPORTANTLY it was safe, works and was in as listed condition. Bad packaging, everything else excellent, would still buy again!

    A13 just as good as new looks the part only I know its not, easy to set up and use without manual good features fast connections looks an feels good Love it saved myself at least £60 buying this refurbished phone no scratches or damage of any kind to it real value for money I will be going refurb next time I need electronic goods.

    ok at the price

    sound science behind this cheap replacement for my A12. Does pretty much all I need, at a good price. For the most part more of the same, It suits me. Photos not bad. Downside is the sound control, there's no equalizer, results are less than perfect sound quality from my smart speaker. That's the downer....
