The bookcase arrived exactly when the dispatch said it would, the tracking provided was accurate. The bookcase looks exactly as it does in the picture. It's also surprisingly sturdy, I don't worry when my books are on it, and I have a few hardbacks. I had a bit of am issue with one of the metal rods that you hammer into the shelves but the seller sent me a replacement at no cost which I appreciated.
