The Z590 chipset is know to run hot. There is one case of it starting a fire. I have kept an eye on it for some time. It was running at about 85C until I put the shroud on the cooling fan and it dropped to 60C. The shroud fit perfectly on a 120 mm fan and made a huge difference in chipset performance.
