Well based on this statement I purchased this item it did not fit my Hotpoint even though the burner looked exactly like their picture. As a minimum they need to revise this statement or delete it. If the burner did not fit, clearly there was a difference between yours and what we sent. On the refund issue, it's all automated. eBay authorizes the return, sends you the shipping label, and when their system shows that the item was returned, they take the money from our bank account and give it to you.
