Ordered these radios to replace some older HTs and really wanted the tri-band (1.25m included). They radios work well. I did find that they come preprogrammed with some presets (which was the case with both radios). However, I asked the seller via email and they indicated it was a factory default thing. Haven't run into this before, but they are new and they work on all bands. The seller was extremely fast when shipping and responding to messages. Thank you so much! Would buy again.
