    Let's just say I was EXTREMELY skeptical, a part that costs a few pennies, being sold for $15 would fix my Synology DS1815 NAS. Especially after replacing the power supply that cost over $100, and Synology telling me the system couldn't be fixed. I'd already bought a replacement NAS, but I thought I'd give this fix a try anyway. The DS1815 was headed to the scrap heap anyway. What did I have to lose. I replaced the tiny part included in this kit and it worked! Capitalism at it's best. 5 stars!
