From what I can gather from translation the buyer is saying the brand bra they purchased from me is too small by comparing it to what appears to be a rather old stretched out bra and they know they are right because they are an expert. I am not an expert but two things I do know is that a new bra is going to fit differently than a worn one and fit will vary (band and cups) by style even when they are the same brand. The buyer did not contact me for a resolution before leaving this feedback.
