Unfortunately the frames were broken in two places. I think it was because the packaging wasn’t sturdy enough. Whilst the glasses were packed in bubble wrap it did not protect them from being squashed in transit, which is what I believe happened. If they’d been in a box, it’s possible that they would not have been squashed and broken in transit. I have been given a refund by the seller, who issued it immediately on receiving the notification and photo of the broken frames. No complaint.
