Things like this sometimes happen with USPS. I contacted the seller, sent pictures and was promptly refunded in full without any questions. The level of customer service was fantastic, commendable! Definitely would recommend this seller, as they exhibited the highest level of integrity. I will absolutely do business with this seller again as the item damaged resulted from the USPS.

The mail carrier retrieved it and brought it to me. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong one! So I sent a picture of my computer to the seller and he showed me the correct one I needed. I should have sent the picture to the seller to begin with. Would have saved the trouble of returning the wrong one. All is good! 👍🏽
