Goods were received damaged by Australia Post the seller was notified and pics sent. It took several days and emails to get a response. Seller indicated they would replace damaged goods but still waiting (Easter hols period). Not damaged by the seller but perhaps a bit of bubble wrap would help protect from the couldn't care less attitude/treatment of some Australia Post staff - AP really is hopeless. Has happened many times to me.
